Jerome David focuses on intellectual property litigation, with experience supporting attorneys in Hatch-Waxman and other complex patent disputes. He also brings experience in technology-related matters.
Before joining Axinn, Jerome interned with a nonprofit organization providing legal support to parents and children involved in family court proceedings. He also served as an engineer for a Formula SAE racing team, where he designed and manufactured vehicle components and managed supplier relationships.
Jerome earned his JD from New York University School of Law, where he was a Casebook Associate Executive Editor for the Moot Court Board and a fellow in the Privacy Research Group. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering, from the University of Florida.
